How do the 'Personalized questions' work?
When you complete all lessons in all themes of one stage at a specific difficulty level with at least an 80% score, we automatically generate ‘Personalized questions’ for you. These questions comprise all the ones for which you required at least one hint to answer. You should focus on these questions without repeating the entire lessons, as you are already familiar with the other questions in this phase.
I finished a lesson, and it's colored blue or green, but the suggestion still prompts me to repeat it. Why?
Because all lessons need to be completed with at least an 80% score before you can proceed.
I completed all lessons with at least 80%, but I still don't have 'Personalized Questions'.
You probably haven’t completed all the lessons in all themes. Check all themes and scroll left and right between lesson cards to see which lesson you missed. Otherwise, we strongly recommend using the ‘Start!’ button for the recommended lesson. This way, you don’t have to search for the lesson you haven’t done. If you have answered all the questions in all lessons of all themes of one stage, the hardest questions won’t be created because there are no questions for which you needed help. This process works automatically when you use the ‘Start!’ button for the recommended lesson, and you don’t have to worry about it.
What are crystals used for?
We plan to make hints in our games available for purchase, and users will need crystals to use them. This feature will apply only to games, not our courses. Until then, you are only collecting crystals, and you can feel good about how many you have already collected.
What do circles in various colors with numbers inside them on the 'Theme Selection' indicate?
The color indicates whether you need to learn or repeat a lesson within this theme: Grey: You haven’t completed any lessons yet, and you can start them. Blue: You don’t need to repeat any lessons in this theme because not enough time has passed. Red: You need to repeat at least one lesson because enough time has already passed. Green: You have repeated the lessons enough times (6 times), so you won’t need to repeat them again. The number indicates the total number of lessons within the theme. This information is for advanced users. We recommend that all users always follow the recommended lesson. We always recommend the lesson you need to repeat based on the number of repetitions and your performance. This is how you learn with our improved spaced repetition, which is the most effective learning method in general.
What do the stars beneath the theme icon signify?
They indicate the difficulty level for which you have completed all lessons.
What does the crown symbolize?
It means that you have a subscription, and if you tap on it, we will display the expiration date of your subscription.
When do you plan to add new levels? When do you plan to add new languages, and which ones?
The schedule for adding new languages and levels is available on our homepage. You can access it directly via this link: [https://shop.qlango.com/languages-plan](https://shop.qlango.com/languages-plan)
Why does it suggest that I need to take a lesson at a higher difficulty than I prefer?
After a sufficient amount of time elapses, lessons turn red, indicating that you need to repeat them at a higher difficulty level than the last time you practiced them. We have tested this method for months, and it has proven to be the most effective for learning, as confirmed by our users.
Why should I learn the recommended lesson?
The lessons you have completed are being analyzed, and based on this analysis, we suggest the next lesson that will yield the best results for you. This ensures that spaced repetition is optimized for your learning, and the hardest questions are generated whenever possible and promptly suggested afterward.
