What should I do if I discover a mistake in an example?
After answering, there is a button named ‘Report a Problem’. Tap on it and write what you think is wrong. We will check the example and answer you and/or correct the examples. We’ll also inform you about what we’ve done, and you’ll be able to see the changes. If the mistake is preventing you from entering the correct answer, you can enter a minus sign or some other punctuation, and it will be accepted as the correct answer. After answering, you can leave a report for us. We aim to reply within 24 hours. If the mistake you found is critical, we will correct it on the same day. If it is less critical, we usually correct it within a week. If we think that there is no mistake, we will inform you and provide you with links proving that.
What can I do if the examples seem strange to me?
After answering, there is a button named ‘Report a Problem’. Tap on it and write what you think is strange, and we will explain it to you.
What if someone else has asked the same question about an example before?
If we think that the question might be interesting to other users, we mark it as public. So, after answering a question, you’ll see a small red dot with a number inside on the ‘Report a Problem’ button. That means there are messages waiting for you. These might be public messages or answers to your questions. Answers to your questions are also visible in ‘Support’ (the icon with the envelope on Theme Selection). You can also add a reply to these messages, and we will reply to you within 24 hours.
