Where can I write a message to you in the app? Where can I see old messages?
Tap on the envelope icon at the bottom of the ‘Theme Selection’ screen. It’s labeled ‘Support’. There, you can create a new message, view all ‘Report a problem’ messages that you’ve sent to us, see our replies, and more. If you have a new question, please create a new message rather than replying to older messages. This makes it easier for us to find your message. If you want to reply to an existing conversation, tap on ‘Reply’. If you accidentally tap on ‘Reply’ or ‘New Message’, tap on ‘Cancel’ to avoid sending us an empty message.
