How do I change my password?
If you know your old password or have never set a password before (because you entered with your Apple ID or Google Account), go to ‘Theme Selection’, then to the menu, ‘Account Settings’, and tap on ‘Change Password’ and follow the instructions on the screen. Enter an empty password as the old password if you’ve never set one before. If you don’t know your old password and you haven’t given us your email address, contact our support.
How can I change my User ID?
You can’t. You keep the one you got when you first entered the app. If you want a new one, enter the app as a new user (‘Enter without registering’). Beware that in this case, subscriptions connected to your User ID won’t work anymore. If you got your subscription from Google Play or the App Store, they will work because they are connected to your Google and Apple IDs respectively.
How can I change my username?
You can change your username by going to the menu in ‘Theme Selection’, then selecting ‘Account Settings’, tapping on the ‘Change Username’ button, and following the instructions on the screen.
How can I connect my Qlango account with my Apple ID or Google Account?
Go to ‘Theme Selection’, then Menu, ‘Account Settings’, and tap on ‘Connect with Apple ID’ or ‘Google Account,’ respectively.
How can I delete my account?
Go to ‘Theme Selection’, Menu, ‘Account Settings’, tap on ‘Delete Account’ and follow the instructions on the screen.
How can I reset my password?
If you don’t know your old password and you gave us your email address, you can tap on ‘I forgot my password’ on the ‘Login Screen’ or in ‘Account Settings’, enter your email, and we will send you a new password.
If you don’t know your old password and you’ve never given us your email address, contact us with your user ID, which we gave you when you first entered our app, and we will set the email address for you so you can reset your password.
Is deleting my account reversible?
No, there is nothing we can do to recover your account.
What if I have given you a wrong email address?
You can still use it to enter the app. However, you won’t be able to reset your password because we send new passwords to your email address. Please correct your email address in ‘Account Settings’.
What is the 'Name' in Account Settings used for?
We plan to issue diplomas with the achieved level of learning and your name on it, which we will obtain from here.
Where can I opt out from receiving newsletters?
If we ever send you an email, there will be an option to opt out, and we will never bother you again.
