How long is the testing period when I purchase premium on the App Store or Play Store?
If you took the yearly subscription, it’s for 7 days. However, try to cancel it on the 6th day because Apple and Google might interpret 7 days differently due to varying time zones. We don’t offer trials with other subscriptions. If you want to buy the lifetime version, but want to try it first, take the yearly subscription, cancel it on the 6th day and then buy the lifetime version. You can of course do the same with the monthly subscription.
How much money do you receive from the App Store and Play Store for your app's availability there?
We don’t receive any money from Apple or Google. In fact, we have to pay them a commission for every purchase made through their platforms. Additionally, we are required to pay taxes in your country. This is why we encourage you to make purchases directly on our website.

Try to make the payment on our website. It tends to work better than the App Store and Google Play in most cases. Additionally, you can also use PayPal, even if you don’t have an account there. With PayPal, you can pay using only your credit card.

You can access all themes, complete more than 3 lessons per day, and we won’t ask you for further support and you won’t see any ads anymore. This will give you greater motivation to truly learn!
What does the one-time payment entail?
It means that you pay once and you will have the Premium for a lifetime (up to the next 100 years).
Why can't you finance your app with ads?
Because we only receive up to 10 cents for every user who clicks on an ad and installs the advertised app or registers on the advertised site. We don’t earn any money just for displaying the ads or if the user only clicks on them. Additionally, statistically, only 2% of users click on ads. Even if we had 10,000 users daily (which we don’t), we would only earn 20€ per day. Qlango is not a game where many users can play more than 5 games per day like in Candy Crush or something similar. That’s why we can’t sustain ourselves solely from ad revenue.
