Can I install the app on my computer? How can I install the app on my computer?
You can use it in your browser on Windows, Linux, and Mac computers by visiting https://www.qlango.de. On Mac computers, you can also get it in the App Store.
Can I use the app without an internet connection?
Unfortunately, no. An internet connection is needed at all times.
How can I view the in-app tutorials?
On all the screens where tutorials are available, there is an icon with a question mark in a circle. You can tap it to view the tutorial again (we have shown it to you at least once in the past).
I discovered an incorrect translation in one of the user interface texts. How can I report it?
Please take a screenshot and email it to us at support@shop.qlango.com. Specify which text is incorrect and what you think it should be, and we will correct it in the next release.
My connection works, but the app is telling me that there are interruptions, even though other apps, the browser, and email work without problems. What could be the reason?
In most cases, there is a problem with the router, modem, or the connection itself. Contact your system administrator or internet service provider to solve the problem. You can try using a mobile connection; it might work. If the mobile connection doesn’t work, try using Wi-Fi at a friend’s place or in a public location (although it might not work in certain public places either). Sometimes using a VPN can also help.
What if I want a language or level sooner than planned?

Why is there no pronunciation available in some languages?
We depend on AI for pronunciations, and if our three providers don’t support a certain language, we don’t have the pronunciation for it. Currently, we don’t have pronunciations for Esperanto and Latin, but reading and pronouncing these two languages is easy enough to learn in a few minutes. Check our languages section to find links where the pronunciation for these two languages is explained.
